is not really a tutorial. just showing u how i did the cut-out.
the reason why i didn't use Live2d it because i not very familiar with it.
you need to separate a lot of part sometime it is scary to see.
there are limit that you can only move. i forgot to show you the network

i should stop doing cut-out animation :/
i should have been working on traditional animation OTZ
